Toy Drop Off?

Is there any place in the Davis area accepting toy donations this week?

I've searched the Toys For Tots website, but there are no drop-off locations in Somerville, and I'm hoping to not have to lug stuff across the city if I can avoid that.

I am coordinating the drive for my office, and we are dropping off right across the street at the trooper barracks in Medford. Is that any more convenient for you?

There's a drop-off box at Wainwright Bank. The Somerville drive is called Toys for Local Children rather than Toys for Tots.

If you bring a new toy to Chipotle on the 18th (I think), you get a free burrito.

There's also a box at City Hall. Last year (and probably this year) there was a box at the TAB building (and once there was a box at Traffic and Parking). I think boxes are at all city buildings.

there is a toy drop off box in the lobby of the BSC Sports Club (no need to be a member just to dropoff a toy in their box).

the Somerville Homeless Coalition is right in the square, as well. (One Davis Square)

This may explain why the Somerville drive has a different name from those in Medford and other neighboring cities.
