Maxpak updates?

Anyone know what the current status of the Maxpak development is?  And how this might related to the Cedar to Central portion of the bike path extension?

As of a month ago, when I asked the Planning Dept (SPCD) about the project status, there was no schedule yet for demolition.

Regarding the project's need to use that Cedar-Central segment of the eventual Community Path extension for transporting demolition equipment, I believe the covenant KSS made with the neighborhood and the City cites something to the effect that they cannot use that right of way after 2009 if the City is ready to build the Path extension then.
