never, ever use U-Haul if you need reliability. they've fucked my roomie and i over twice, once leaving us stranded in Northampton for two days while we waited for a truck. they just did it to a friend of ours, and he called the better business bureau. they said something to the effect of "we'll add your complaint to the u-haul pile" ryder, enterprise, and i think budget are all more reliable. also hertz-penske.
