New store at former Pemby's location?

davis_squareThe two new storefronts at the former location of Pemberton Market on Mass Ave have been vacant since their renovation, but it looks like one of the two spaces has been rented out. From the empty shelves inside, my best guess is a bookstore or video store, and from the looks of the shelves, a chain. Anyone know what it might be?
