davis_squareHello Fellow DS LJers!
Do you know of anyone looking to move to the Davis Square area this summer? We have a room available in my apartment from June 1st until September 1st (with a potential option to renew). Here are the details:
1. Rent = $567 a month. Utilities aren't included in the rent, but those will run you about $100/month and cover cable, internet, heat, hot water, and electricity.
2. Location Location Location! We are literally a three minute walk from the Davis Square stop on the Redline and from all of the fabulousness that Davis Square has to offer.
3. Furniture. The common areas are all furnished. The room, however, is not.
4. The apartment. It is a 2nd floor walk up with three bedrooms (one of them could be yours!), 1 bathroom, a living room, kitchen, pantry, an awesome front porch and an ever-so-slightly less awesome back porch. If you want to register your car in Somerville, you can park on the street. Otherwise, there is no offstreet parking available.
5. Pets. Sorry. No pets.
6. US! We are easy going, reasonably neat, mighty cool ladies. We both work in the theater in some capacity, so we do tend to keep kind of strange hours. We like to have people over but only occasionally do we throw large parties.
7. YOU! Are you an awesomely cool person who would like to live here for the summer? If you are interested or know of anyone who would be interested, please please please pass this along.
