Exceptional access to public transit: 7 minute walk to Davis Sq (red line,) on the route of the 89 bus to Sullivan Sq (orange line) 80 bus to Lechemere (green line) 94 to Medford Sq Station (commuter rail,) 96 to Porter Sq (commuter rail,) Harvard Sq and more!
Apartment layout includes front and back porches, kitchen with fairly new appliances, living room, dining room, study, bathroom with tub, possible basement rec room (complete with foozeball table), free basement laundry, and 3 bedrooms upstairs. Roommates are Male, 30s, Tufts PHD candidate and female, mid 20s, Tufts alumna, both freelance professionals. We have plenty of furniture but are happy to redecorate and have both attic and cellar storage space for whatever doesn't fit. Friendly landlords will be living downstairs. The only "negatives?": No smoking, no dogs, and no parking.
Rent is $600/mo not including utilities. Landlords will be asking for a $600 security deposit in addition to first month's rent.
