Simple sewing repair?

davis_squareI just bought a totally frivolous but cute car seat cover for my soon-to-arrive little one. Last night I washed it on delicate and air dried it, being in crazy nesting mode as I am. This morning I realized that one of the seams had ripped open in the wash (about a 4 inch gap), exposing the stuffing. I do NOT want to repair it myself. I mean, I could sew it by hand, using my eighth grade home-ec skills, but that would be just ugly, and the whole purpose of this cover is to be cute.
So, where can I bring it for this kind or repair and what should I expect to pay? I'm really hoping not much. Or is there any seamstress/"seamster" on here who'd like to take it on for a small fee? It's probably honestly a 10-15 minute job if you know what you're doing.
