Snow Removal Businesses?

I know it is early in the season, but I called too late last season.  Any recommendations on businesses who provide snow removal?  Our small apartment complex needs the parking lot and sidewalks cleared and we think shovels and/or small snow blowers will work (there isn't enough room for a snow plow to work around the cars).

We had Yard Works do exactly this before we decided it would just be much cheaper to buy a snowblower and handle it ourselves, but I'd recommend them if you're looking for someone. The only quibble is when you get your snow cleared depends on where you are in the rotation, so you might still have some pileup when you need to leave for work in the morning, for example.
