oh, ok, i see what you're saying, and you're right, the third floor does step back. that's not as bad as i originally thought. i still think it's out of scale, tho - it looks to be a comparable size/front with the condos/apartments up holland, by the plaza. (the ones upstairs from taipei tokyo - that block.) which is still a story or two too tall for that corner.
i totally agree they need more renderings. the one they have might not be completely misleading, but it's certainly not enough to get an idea of how the development is going to look when everything's done. the garage door is down a driveway in the back of the building, not right off the street. a nice view of the cutter street side would make that clear, but for some reason that's the only side of the building with no elevation.
