Hey pop fans - got plans for tomorrow night? We'd like to propose a date: we've got a very special surprise, last-minute show featuring two of Boston's hottest buzz bands: Bowman and Elcodrive! Here's what you're in for:

Billboard magazine said of Bill Bowman: "Keep an eye on this artist. He is moving towards a major national breakthrough." Bowman has been named Best New Artist by Billboard, nominated for Best Male Vocalist by the Boston Music Awards, and was chosen one of the top 50 new artists by the American Music Awards. And he just keeps collecting accolades, with his incredibly engaging voice and his smart, catchy, impeccably crafted songs. If you haven't seen Bowman recently (or even if you have), catch him in a small venue while you still can. Because soon, he's going to be huge.

Elcodrive, are, quite simply, on a mission to take over the music world. Their song "Tonight" earned 2nd place out of 7,000 entries in the International Songwriting Competition, and they've also (along with Bowman) won an American Music Award "Best New Artist" nomination. They've been featured in the WBCN Rock'n'Roll Rumble and on NBC television. And the Noise said of their debut disc, "Songwriting and melody are what they're about.... where they are daring is in their unabashed love of the pop song -- something other bands could learn from." Sounds like our kind of band, no?
