Found cat on North Street
Jun. 18th, 2009 09:47 amI was walking down North St. in Somerville when this cat walked up to me and started meowing and rubbing against my leg. She seemed rather friendly and well-groomed for a stray, so I think she might be a lost pet. She's a white, black, and tan calico with a stumpy tail. She followed me for a bit; last I saw she was sitting on the porch of 66 North St. I left a message with animal control.

Date: 2009-06-18 06:17 pm (UTC)I'm guessing she was tagless, since I don't see a collar in the photo. I wish I still had the #, but it was a few months ago that this happened.
edited to add that this all occured on Conwell ave near the North St end.

Date: 2009-06-18 08:22 pm (UTC)I know for a fact my senior cat and kitten wouldn't last out there. Crazy and kind of brainless kitten would be run over or destroyed by a cat in the neighborhood almost instantly and my senior cat is terrified of everything.. She'd be up a tree or under a porch till doomsday ha.
