To the OP: If you'd like to de-format the post, do this:
- click the blue pencil icon - in the posting box, select and cut all of the text - switch from the Rich Text tab to the HTML tab - paste all of the text back in - UN-check the "Disable Auto-Formatting" checkbox - using HTML tags, add back any formatting you still want - Save Entry
