New store in Chinook's space

Hi all --
I was walking down Holland last night when I saw some adorable furniture in the window of where Chinook used to be...does anyone know what store this is or when it will be opening? I have my eye on the chest in the window.

Is the space 93 Holland Street? If so, this was in the minutes from the last Board of Alderman's meeting:

New Junk Dealer License, Sunshine Lucy’s, 93 Holland St.
