Hi, folks!
I'm looking for someone to take over my lease starting November 1 (or 15, but preferably 1) for a room in a wonderful three-bedroom apartment just off the Powderhouse rotary. It's a great place with great roommates, and the only reason I'm leaving is because I just got a job in Washington, DC.
Are you or someone you know a responsible, nonsmoking, female young professional or grad student looking for a lovely place to call home starting next month? If so, read on for more details!
Here's the story on the place:
The roommates are two 28-year-old professional women who are cheerful, easy-going, responsible, and quiet. They're great gals, and they really make the place feel like home.
This whole moving out of town thing just came up (hence the short lead-time in posting this), and I'm eager to find someone to take over my lease--and who will be a positive addition to my roommates' household. Please feel free to ask questions--I'm happy to provide more info.
