insulation contractor recommendation

There are good energy efficiency home improvement rebates being offered by NStar currently (75% off services up to $2K) and I have a small project, a ceiling insulated, that I'd like done before winter settles in. Does anyone have any recommendations? I can always call and ask if they have the certification if you are unsure about that piece of it. They need certification to process the rebate paperwork.
For some reason NStar doesn't have a list of certified contractors posted on a website - you have to call them and wait for a list to be mailed to your home.

I don't know about insulation specifically, but I work with a local group that does volunteer weatherization projects called Home Energy Efficiency Team, and they have a page on their website for the contractors they work with: http://heetma.com/contractors.php. So that might be helpful.

Where can I find more information on this program from NStar? I checked their website, but didn't find this particular program.

A quick search turned up this firm as saying they are a certified contractor for the program (no idea if they are any good or not):

But it doesn't say if its limited to gas-heat customers only or not (I have gas service but oil heat.)

In the past when I have looked into these programs I have sometimes found that the "certified" contractors charge more than "noncertified" ones, reducing or eliminating the benefit of the rebate. I got my house insulated for less using a "noncertified" contractor (Hughes Energy from JP) than it would have been with a certified contractor, even after the rebate! And no paperwork!
