its nto about entitlement, its about the fact that certain neighborhoods have always had these planes. People moved there well knowing it, and their homes are insulated and soundproofed by Massport.
These planes coming over Somerville and Medford in such high volume is a NEW thing, and the homes here are not equipped for it and Massport wont pay for it.
I addition, the new runway was supposed in reduce delays and it didnt work!
