heh, great minds procrastinate alike :)

i can tell you right now that the star market in porter square is shut (which confused me, as the star in my old neighborhood was always open on thanksgiving); the japanese market there, shut as well. the white hen pantry has a limited selection of items, mostly staples, but it is open.

er, to be specific, make that the white hen pantry in porter square itself, corner of mass ave and upland rd. i know there's another white hen further up mass ave closer to davis, but i have no idea if it's open or not.

Whole Foods at Fresh Pond was open this year on Thanksgiving, so try them next time you have a holiday emergency. :)
