I never got a renewal form in the mail, either. I'd been expecting one, since I'd received one last year. Fortunately, I had a sick day on Thursday and was able to take some time to go to the T&P office. Against all odds, it was the least painful encounter with T&P that I've had in my 11 years of living here. The line was a bit long, but moved more quickly than usual, and my transaction was processed quickly by a clerk who was pleasant and cheerful. Would that this happened every time!
