Somerville Scout - useful calendar
Feb. 2nd, 2010 01:36 pmI came upon the website for the Somerville Scout, a magazine I usually get in the mail but throw away, and found their calendar of Somerville events really useful. I learned things I never knew, like the fact that Highland Kitchen has a spelling bee on Tuesdays or that you can take hula dancing classes locally. It struck me as a nice link to have if you find yourself bored one day and are looking for something different to do. It also has a good bit of local gov't meetings listed, and you can have an event listed by emailing calendar@somervillescout.com The calendar is at: http://www.somervillescout.com/calendar.html

Date: 2010-02-03 10:35 pm (UTC)I'm not sure how long ago my specific apartment was last occupied, before I moved there in October, so maybe it just fell off the roster. (Or maybe there just hasn't been an issue published since last September, I dunno.)
