howdy davis square lj'ers, please excuse us while we blatantly advertise our search for the perfect third housemate:

We are 2 mid-twenties professional women looking for a third person (if we find 2 perfect people, we are open to a 4-person household) to help us create a fun and relaxed home. The ideal person will be queer-kink-poly-jewish-pagan/magic-vegetarian-geek friendly. S/he will be: comfortable with casual nudity around the house, clean up after him/herself, willing to pitch in to keep the place clean, ok with throwing semi-regular sex parties at the house, want to participate in an every-other week communal dinner/house meeting, willing to speak up about issues as they present themselves in a constructive manner. We are looking in the Porter/Davis area and haven't yet decided on a place -- so whoever this wonderful third person is also gets to help us select our future home. We are looking to be near the T, max rent of $600/person/bedroom, parking, and have laundry facilities on-site.
