looking for opinions

alright, i currently live on highland between davis and porter, and i'm looking for a restaurant job nearby. i'm 22 and used to be a restaurant manager for uno's in waltham. i want to get hours serving, but i'm down to do just about anything, host, expo, cook, etc. my questions are: in your experience, what restaurants are good to work at... i.e.-nice atmosphere, cool management and how's the pay for a typical shift first cut and stay thrus. also, are they hiring big-time or pretty well-staffed? thanx for the info!

ok. so there were about 8 cop cars, 1 take-em-away van and a fire truck on my street. lights flashing like a disco. what the hell happened? anyone know? i'm on lowell street in somerville, near the hospital. it's times like this i wish i was like my paranoid grammie who had a police scanner in her bedroom.
