Wanted: queer roommate for house in East Arlington, $400

i'm posting this for a friend:

Seeking a queer/gay/lesbian, queer/trans-friendly, casual, communicative, responsible roommate age 20-35 for spacious room on 3rd floor of 4 bedroom apt (we have the upper 2 floors) in East Arlington.

The room features slanted ceilings, hdwd flrs, 2 windows with views of trees and a seasonal view of Spy Pond. 2 big closets - one is room-length beneath the eaves.

The apt has 2 full bathrooms (both big enough to do cartwheels in), a huge kitchen with oversized 2-door fridge, microwave, and pretty ceramic tiled pantry. The living room has stained glass windows, bay windows with a windowseat, a lovely built-in cabinet. Adjoining the living room is a large sized dining room we use as an art room - it has a brass and marble chandeleir and bay windows.

There is a large screened-in back porch for smoking - sorry no smoking indoors.

We are on Mass Ave, right next to Walgreens, the 79 and 77 buses stop out front and we are about a 10 minute walk to Alewife T station on the bike trail, one block from Spy Pond (swans, geese, ducks, playground) & the gorgeous MinuteMan bike trail, walk to Arlington Center shops, restaurants, cafes...

There is parking for 1 car in the driveway.

The household is casual, laid-back, friendly, messy, clothing-optional.
We are 3 women, ages 26-33, bi, poly, 2 transgendered, 2 vegan/1 carnivore, 1 Maine Coon cat (more welcome, no dogs please).

No big loud parties as the landlord lives downstairs.

$400+utilities, first and last required
