Temp. housing?

So I'm currently living in Alaska, and my boyfriend and I are looking for a place to live from the beginning of October until the beginning of December until we return to Alaska to work at a ski resort. We were thinking about Boston/Somerville area, as I lived there last summer and love it, but we don't want to sign a lease. Anyone know of any place we could live for two months? Thanks :)
