Fun, funky, sometimes silly, but mostly laid-back 20-somethings (1 M, 2
F) seek a male or female roommate to move into our large, fabulously decorated,
2-floor apartment on April 1. We are kind, fairly neat but not to an extreme
degree, known to have parties and get-togethers (but they don't happen every
weekend) and interested in (and this is important) creating a "home," not just a place to sleep and
put our stuff.

* Front porch for smokers (no smoking inside)

* Walking distance from the Davis and Porter T stops
* We are right on the 88 and 90 bus lines so Lechmere is an alternate T
* Near to Tufts, yoga, coffee shops, restaurants, supermarkets, hospital . . .
* Household Netflix membership
* Wireless Internet and resident Apple super-star!
* Rent is cheap and the utilities are few: gas, electric & phone/internet
* We have a cat named Ginsberg, sorry no more pets
