Looking for Housemates in Davis Sq. Group House

We're looking for two housemates in our nice 4br apartment: 5 minute walk from Davis, 10 minute from Porter.

The rent—INCLUDING UTILITIES—is $675 for the bigger room, or $625 for the smaller one, or $1300 for a couple (use one as a bedroom and one as an office, for instance). The price INCLUDES heat, hot-water, electricity, cable-modem, base phone, and cleaners every two weeks for common areas! There's additional space for crafts, or another office, more bookshelves in common areas, etc.

Reminder - Auditions Tonight (and Tomorrow)

Just a reminder that Theatre@First is holding open auditions tonight for All in the Timing, a collection of short plays by David Ives.

These are some very smart, funny plays, including "Sure Thing" and "Phillip Glass Buys a Loaf of Bread." Rehearsals are going to be once a week for most of the plays through June. Performances will be the weekends of July 9th and 16th.

If you have a monologue prepared, great. If not, come anyway. We've got six directors all looking for something different and it's going to be a fun production. Our first show was wildly successful and we're eager to see if we can repeat the phenomenon.

Fun, funky and sometimes silly mid-to-late-20s interesting folks (1 M, 2 F) seek a male or female roommate to move into our large, bohemian, 2-floor apartment on July 1. We are kind, fairly neat but not to an anal degree, known to have parties and get-togethers (but they don't happen every weekend) and interested in creating a "home," not just a place to sleep and put our stuff.

We are: One artist/self-employed, one computer instructor/recording engineer, and one vegetarian cook/performer, and each of us have our own fantastic stories. Everyone is pretty independent, open-minded and is looking for a fourth member to complete the household. We're not big into tv but films are ever-present. We would like someone who enjoys our company and is willing to communicate, contribute, and occasionally get together to break some bread over wine. Personalities are encouraged.


We are showing the apartment Wed and Thursday evenings, as well as all day Sunday, so let us know when works for you.
