Thanks to the persistance of the Somerville Community Corporation, the Affordable Housing Organizing Committee, and other local activists, tonight the Zoning Board of Appeals voted in favor of building 15 new units of affordable housing on Temple Street. They will be affordible home ownership condos on the former site of St. Polycarp's Mens club.
