I used to run an annual Haunted House at the Boys & Girls club in Union Square. (Hence the LJ name!)

After a few years of hiatus, the club has decided they won't be running any more haunted houses. Now they would like to clear out the space and send the materials to a good home. These are 4x8 panels framed with 2x3's and faced with masonite. Almost all painted with faux stone finish. A few have doors.

I've found homes for some of them already: A number became background at last summer's Worldcon, and others I've taken to Somerville High School, where they're being used as the set for "Little Me" (opening Friday the 11th, come see it!), and then will become part of the school's stock of scenery supplies.

But there are about 20 panels still remaining. These could potentially be used as-is for other theatre or community groups or, as a last resort, dismantled into the original lumber and masonite if there's a use for the raw wood.

If you know of a group that could make good use of the panels, please let me know!
