chillguru.livejournal.comBluehouse has 1 huge (13x18) bedroom with excellent sized closet available for JUNE 15, or sooner, in 4 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath, upper 2 floors of a large house. Located 10 minute walk to Porter, Davis, Ball Squares, mere seconds to the 88, 90 busses, we are close to just about everything you may need. Rent is $530 plus utilities (gas, electric and cable modem/phone). To move in, you need first, last and security (same as rent).
First floor has a spacious well-stocked eat-in kitchen, pantry, dining room/art studio, full bathroom, living room and enclosed porch (aka the smoking porch - all smoking needs to happen outside). Second floor has the 1/2 bathroom and the 4 bedrooms. Lots of storage is available in the basement. There is a back patio where you can BBQ, catch some sun and hang out, get your groove on, etc. The common area of the house is fully furnished in the bohemian style. There are hardwood floors throughout the house. There is a wireless/cable internet hookup in the house as well. Laundry is 1 block away.
The roomies: 3 girls, everyone is in their mid to late 20's. (we hope that you are as well.) The roommates are: an artist / cubicle farmer, a veggie chef / burlesque diva, and a photographer / waitress. We are interesting folk who each have our own fantastic stories. We are not big into TV, but films and nifty projects (cooking, dancing, biking, painting, photography, knitting, fire-spinning, tinkering and more) are ever present. Everyone is pretty independent, open minded, and we are looking for a 4th roommate to complement the household.
We would like someone who enjoys our company, and is willing to communicate, contribute, and occasionally get together to break some bread over some wine (or a 40, Jack and Coke, whatever).
Personalities are encouraged, but personal responsibility is required. We have one loving kitty with a goatee (Ginsberg.)
