My car needs some basic maintenance - patching a tire, changing oil. But it's out of waranty, and I've not lived in Boston long enough to know where to look. Can anyone recommend an establishment? Preferably in Somerville/Medford?

Can anyone recommend a good place/person for massages? (Looking not so much for "relaxing massage" as for "addressing tightness and knots from being on the computer all day.")
