belly dance question

does anyone around here belly dance? i'm looking for studios with beginner classes in the area, found a few, and am looking if anyone can personally recommend a place. thus far the closest to davis i can find are the goddess dancing and genevieve, do these ring a bell?
any pointers on beginner places in the area would be great. thanks so much!

There was something going on in the square today, just before noon, that involved multiple fire trucks, and had one lane of Holland St. completely stopped for a while. Anyone know what the story is?
