Several paper signs in the window of 378 Highland Avenue (formerly Rock City Guitars) announce that "KICK*SS CUPCAKES" is "COMING SOON" to that location. I know nothing more.

And yes, the signs have a *, not an A.

need recommendation for auto garage.

Memorial Day Parade - Sunday 5/27

The city of Somerville is having a large Memorial Day parade next Sunday.

The parade starts at 1 pm at Somerville High School, runs down Highland Avenue through Davis Square, then up Holland Street to Teele Square, then up Broadway to the Veterans Cemetery at Clarendon Hill.

There will be over 200 Aleppo Shriners in their funny little cars.

If you drive or park in this city, pay careful attention to the list of street closures and parking restrictions.

Buses #87, #88, and #89 either won't run at all, or will be truncated. I can't quite tell which.
