Huge 4-5 Bedroom Apt Available in Ball Sq $2500

I own a unit in Ball Square that is coming available on July 1st.

It's huge (top 2 floors of a Philly style home -- like most of the homes in the Ball Sq neighborhood) and has tons of storage/closets.

Has 4-5 bedrooms and is in great shape.  Driveway parking for 2 cars and washer/dryer in the basement (no coins required).  I live downstairs and am a low maintenance landlord.

Rent $2500.  Pets negotiable.

weird vandalism

So...I live off of Davis Square, and this morning we noticed that someone, most likely in the middle of the night, had come up onto our porch and stolen four individual impatiens from a large pot we keep on our steps.  We know it had to have been a human, because there is no mess...the four flowers are just neatly taken out from the roots.  There are still several flowers left in the pot...the ones taken were kind of randomly chosen. 

How weird is that?  Has anyone else experienced odd little pranks like this?  Who the hell steals impatiens? Plus, the person would have had to come very close to our front window...and the livingroom light was on, so they could have easily been caught.  WTH?

Furniture stores with city-sized sofas?

I live in an apartment, and I'd like to buy a sofa that can seat three (i.e. not a loveseat - this sofa's for napping).

Are there good furniture shops around here where I can buy a city-apartment-sized sofa (80" long or less) for less than $1000? Bonus if they deliver. I'd like to check it out in person - otherwise I'd just order from online somewhere.

(I bought one from Jordan's Furniture, but it was too big to fit through my apartment door, and all of their other sofas are similarly too big. I also looked at Circle Furniture's website but wow, they're a bit expensive.)
