Fire??

Broadway is closed heading out of Teele Sq. toward Arlington. Word on the street is that there's a massive fire somewhere down Broadway. Anyone know anything more?

Fire at Szechuan Bay (by Teele Square)

Earlier this evening, a fire broke out at Szechuan Bay restaurant on Broadway between Teele and Rt 16. It appears to have spread south-ish into Wicked Coffee and the salon. The establishments on the other side (Guru, the Indian grocery, etc) did not appear to be affected, but they are all closed right now while the fire department is dealing with the situation.

I expect SB will be closed for some time, possibly the coffee shop as well. Hopefully if the building is okay, the grocery and Guru will be open again very soon.

It doesn't look like anyone was hurt, thank goodness.
