So Boston has a new darkwave record label; we're on the radio tonight...

Hello, folks!

I posted a month or so ago about the new goth/darkwave record label in MA, founded by Mathew Fuller (x-Scissorkiss, x-Seven Sunless Days) and John DeGregorio (ex-Opium Den; currently with Amber Spyglass) & Kelly Godshall (ex-Orifice; currently with Amber Spyglass).

The label is called Decorative Records and features 14 local artists on its first release, "Sky So Grey". You can find out more about the artists on the label, and upcoming shows here:

I am please to announce that tonight (Weds, 2/18/09), at a little after 9:00 PM, we will be featured on Tufts University Freeform Radio (WMFO) as part of the legendary "On The Town With Mikey Dee" show. The band Lucretia's Daggers from the SSG comp will be performing live in-studio.

You can put the Rosebud (or something else) on the new MA quarter

I have no vested interest in this but I think it's pretty cool that it's up for a vote. You can vote for one of a large number of sites to be put on the 2010 MA quarter, including the Somerville Theater, the Rosebud Diner, the Minuteman Trail, or Powderhouse Sq.
