missing cat

My cat Isis is missing. Probably got out sometime between 9pm and 2am last night. Near corner of Bay State Ave and Kidder.

She's a plump brown/gold tabby, about 5 years old, wearing a white reflective collar with a bell and a chewed-up (so helpful) ID tag. Usually very friendly and sociable, but probably scared- she is an indoor-only cat.

I've already posted to the Somerville lost pet city site. She does have a microchip.

Edit: Isis has been found, safe and sound. Apparently she had an adventure over at the Brown School. Thank you to all for your empathy and efforts! More details about her rescue in the comments. (:

Is it legal to chain bikes to street signs?

On my way to work I often see bikes chained to street signs. At times, I see the same bikes chained to the same street sign for many days in a row. Is it allowed in Somerville?
