Hi, I am moving and there is a room for sublet in my current apartment. Rent is $700/month and the room is available for sublease April 1-July 31. You would split the utilities (electric/gas/Internet) with one roommate. She does not plan to renew her half of the lease after July 31, so if you wanted to stay on, you could find your own roommates then.

The room for sublet easily fits a full-sized bed, dresser, and desk. It has a closet and two big windows that let in a lot of light.

Shared driveway (swap every other month with the couple upstairs)
Garage + basement + large front porch + backyard w/ firepit
Eat-in kitchen with dishwasher, and separate living and dining room

Roommates: 1 Male and 1 Female, both working and studying, easy to get along with.

Contesting Parking Tickets

Has anyone ever successfully contested them? Normally, I suck it up, and admit it was my fault, but I am now in a ridiculous situation (created by 2 major mistakes at the permit office) that is not my fault, and I have nowhere to park.

How does one go about contesting tickets? Please help! Thank you.
