Spotted at the corner of Orchard and Allen... what is it?

I was walking this morning and noticed this little sign with an obscure glyph on it, screwed into the telephone pole at the corner of Orchard and Allen. I'm completely befuddled by what meaning it's intended to convey. Do any of you know?

Free tickets to a concert at the Paradise tonight

I won some free tickets on the radio to a concert (Jesse Dee and Dwight and Nicole) and my husband and I were looking forward to a date night tonight. Alas, everyone is feeling under the weather in our household and we've decided not to go. They're holding the tickets under my name at the door. If you'd like to go, hit me up and I'll give you my information. I'm assuming they're transferable, but I'll check in a minute to be sure you don't get turned away at the door.
