FYI: boston.com appears to be scraping davis LJ

the format of yourtown.boston.com changed recently and i just noticed that it appears to be scraping headlines and linking into davis LJ (http://yourtown.boston.com/somerville).  it's not clear from the website what editorial policies govern the scraping (or maybe i've just got too many content types blocked to find the information - can anyone else clarify ?).  posters who are uncomfortable with that distribution channel might be advised to lock posts to this community.

Hi everyone!

I wanted to invite you to The Drone, a sprout spaghetti dinner at 730PM on Monday April 16 at sprout’s studios at 339R Summer St in Somerville.

A drone is a male honeybee, a musical sound, an unmanned aircraft, and a real bore. On Monday, we’ll explore the musical drone: listening to the captivating and complex sounds of droning, understanding some of the social and historical aspects of drones in music, possibly dabbling in the politics surrounding drone aircrafts and the social dynamics within the hives of honeybees.

Our performers will include...
+ The New Babushkas, a local Balkan/pop band
+ Elijah Wald, a local musician and thinker who will talk about the use of drones in different musical traditions and explore the differences between drone- and chord-based musics
+ Keith Simmons, a maker and player of didgeridoos who will talk about the math and science behind designing these instruments
+ some Sacred Harp songs, sung together and led by our own John Bell
