Wandering sweet calico kitty near Davis Square

There has been a sweet cat visitor in our yard all morning (Park Ave and Chandler - near Somerville library branch) - a very small calico brown/orange calico cat with white paws.  She (?) has on 2 collars - one beige and one pink - but no tags with IDs or numbers.  She is very sweet but seems very hungry and lost.  Does anyone recognize this cat and know who it belongs too?
