Red Line shutdown, Harvard to Alewife, February 23-24

According to signs posted in Davis Square station, the Red Line will not run north of Harvard station on the weekend of February 23-24. Bus shuttles will run between Harvard and Alewife, stopping at Porter and Davis stations. ETA 2/21: This has been postponed (again); see new post

The shutdown is required for Floating Slab repairs. This work was probably rescheduled from last December 8-9.

Changes to Nave Gallery and Nave Gallery Annex Shows this Weekend

Due to the scary weather forecast, we are making some changes to both the Nave Gallery/Delicious Torment and the Nave Gallery Annex/PICNIC hours this week. We *are* having the Delicious Torment opening reception tomorrow evening from 6-8 p.m. at the Nave Gallery, 155 Powder House Blvd. The Nave Gallery will then be closed SAT-SUN, opening again next Saturday the 16th.

The Nave Gallery Annex in Davis Square will be open tomorrow evening also 6-8 p.m. and then CLOSED until Sunday afternoon 2-4 when you are invited to stop by for dessert and a last view of PICNIC.
