Does anyone here have an opinion about Boston Tattoo Company, in the little plaza behind Chipotle/Starbucks? Alternatively, another nearby tattoo parlor you'd recommend? I'm particularly looking for someone who is good at fixing/covering up/refreshing an old tattoo that was never "right" to begin with and now is faded/blurry in addition. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

thanks!

Join us overnight as myriad spaces in the Granoff Music Center fill with music from all corners of the Tufts campus. Come and go or arrive and remain, and at the end you will shout “Encore!” This special series of events with all-new performances will benefit the Tufts large ensemble touring program.

Distler Performance Hall and Fisher Performance Room, Granoff Music Center

Free & open to the public

I was wondering how "benefit" and "free" fit together and found this:
The event will feature fundraisers to help student musicians perform outside of Tufts and go on tour. Entrance to the event, however, will remain free of charge.

P.S., I'm also surprised to note that the organizers successfully figured out the event is actually in Somerville, rather than the default "Medford" usually given to all Tufts locations.

The Rás na hÉireann (Race of Ireland) 5K will be occupying Davis Square this Sunday with an 11:00 AM start time and will include up to 5,000 runners.

The race course is an accurately wheel-measured 5Km, beginning and ending in famous Davis Square, Somerville, Massachusetts—a stop on the convenient MBTA Red Line. It starts on Elm Street, in front of the Burren, the Sligo, & the Joshua Tree, & runs through an eclectic mix of great Somerville neighborhoods & tree-lined streets. It is mostly lightening flat, & includes Teele Square, Powderhouse Boulevard, & Ball Square.

It runs past Tufts University, and it zips through Ball Square, by Trum Field down Cedar Street. It ends in Davis Square, on Highland Avenue. Post race rewards are visible along the route, as runners will pass some of the pubs involved in the post race parties-- the Burren, the Sligo, the Joshua Tree, Orleans, P.J. Ryan’s, The Pub and Five Horses Tavern.
