New artwork on Kenney Park fence?

Anyone know more about this? It's hanging on the outside fence of Kenney Park, facing south to the adjoining parking lot on Grove Street. At the bottom right, the artist's name is Charley Saint Lewis.

Christmas trees still left

We still have 14 Christmas trees to be sold for Healthy Tomorrow, to raise money for our project in Mali, stopping female genital mutilation. We've been selling them for $25 but we'll take less. In fact, if you don't want to give us money but do want a tree, please come and get it. The trees must find homes. We can't be responsible for having them cut down only to be made into mulch. Come take one of the trees that are leaning on the Unity Church, corner College Ave and William St, and then put money in the envelope on my side porch next door at 14 William St (or not). There's a saw there that you can borrow to cut the bottom off so it takes up water better and also twine to tie it onto your car. All money goes to support StopExcision.net.
