ron_newmanThe city's annual pre-4th-of-July fireworks display will take place at Trum Field next Thursday, June 30, at about 9:15 pm. As usual, a street party on Broadway will precede the fireworks, starting at 6 pm, this year featuring the 215th Army Band, local Disco-Funk band Booty Vortex, the USO Metropolitan New York Performers, and the Somerville Sunsetters.
Also at Trum Field, the city's annual Family Fun Day will happen this Saturday, June 25, from noon to 4 pm, featuring community BBQ, pony rides, train rides, children’s activities, face painting, music, and more.
