mem_winterhillSome of you may be aware that there has been an offer on the Star Market property site on Broadway. Last I heard the offer was still in place, under an extension, as ducks were being aligned.
In Jesse Clingan's newsletter, a brief announcement about an upcoming status meeting was provided. I was told by neighborhood rumor later that this meeting is expected to include the developer team, with an early look at the design ideas.

Also, we know that the city wants to re-engage people on the rollout of the Winter Hill and GIlman neighborhood plans shortly, in a likely related synchronism. So there may be more to come soon on that front as well.
