Dermatologist recommendations in the greater Camberville area?

I just got off the phone with the Davis Square Harvard Vanguard Dermatology office: they're booking into September (omg). I'd been hoping to be seen sometime this quarter. Anybody got a great dermatologist somewhere around here who's not in the DS HV Dermatology department? Bonus points if you happen to know they are seeing new patients with a less than six month wait, but I'm just happy for referrals to good practitioners. This is for a medical condition, not a cosmetic issue.
