What are your specs/desires?

2 or 3BR (or 2 BR with a study or dining room). Eat-in kitchen. Laundry in building preferred. Cats OK a plus. Must be deleaded. Would like to pay no more than $1500 but preferably in $1200-1300 range. Close to bus or T.
