Help me move back to Davis for the summer!

Hey Davis Square folks,

I'm a former Davis Square resident living in Chicago while I go to law school, but I'm psyched that I get to come back to Boston for the summer to work in a law firm. 

My spouse and I (both 27 and responsible) are looking for a furnished studio or 1BD apartment to sublet for June and July and possibly a week or two on either side depending on how long you would be gone.  Let us know if you have a place available in Davis/Camberville! 

We will take care of your place, water plants, put general good vibes back into the DS community, etc.  We are hoping for a place that has AC/cable/internet and some kind of access to laundry.

Let me know if you have any leads (yes, I am all over Craigslist, thanks!).

We're pretty flexible depending on the place, but we're hoping to spend somewhere around $1200 including utilities (is that off? last time we lived in Davis in Summer '08 we were paying $900 for a 1BD).

We have a studio apartment that we need to sublet to avoid paying 2 rents at once for June and July. We have enough furniture that we could probably leave our futon behind (if you want to use someone else's futon). We could also leave our coffee table and perhaps a set of drawers for the summer. The studio is small but my boyfriend and I have lived here for 8 months with no issues. $1100 Heat/Hot water included, 3 minute walk from the center of Davis. Has a separate kitchen and a small office nook.
