I'm posting this to the davis community because it's a big shuffle/move season.
one of my beloved roommates is moving out of an awesome victorianesque house in Inman Sq. We are looking for someone to take his place by June 1st.
House details: Common space: living room, dining room, kitchen, walk in pantry, backyard (with little deck!) 1.5 bathrooms, basement.
The room that will be available is beautiful, spacious and has a closet.
About the current housemates: geeky, artistic, musician, open minded, energetic, sociable.
What we want in a housemate: considerate, preferably a grad student (or around that age range), geeky, silly, intelligent, open minded, non smoker.
Rent: $667 + utilities
