On a complete tangent, this is one aspect that I liked about Cambridge. The noise ordinance there only allows noisy construction/demolition after 9:00
don't know if this is case by case, or a new change, but not true.... the rounder records building on Cameron Ave is coming down now, and they are allowed to start their demolition at 7am.
