There's now a big red "FOR RENT" sign and a cracked door window where Spün used to be. Now I feel more confident than ever about when they are and aren't going to be open.
Judging by the number of people reporting open containers of not-very-fresh fruit covered in flies, I wonder if there were any health inspections involved, as well.
Apparently the owner ran a BBQ joint before that was very successful. The difference was, that time he had a business partner to add the details to his big-picture plans. The moral of the story is, etc. etc.
